Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and holding a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University – Porto School, with the dissertation “The Protection of the Rights of the Spouse Entitled to Half of the Marital Assets in the Context of Divorce Regarding Shareholdings in Private Limited Companies – In Particular, the Right to Information”, she has, since the beginning of her professional career, focused her practice on Family and Succession Law matters.
Guided by a strong sense of justice, together with a deep sensitivity and commitment to protecting her clients’ interests, she believes that this area of law, given its human dimension, requires closeness, understanding and an empathetic approach, making the practice of law a true passion. For her, advocacy is above all a commitment to people and their causes.
She also has relevant experience across several complementary areas of practice, namely Criminal Law, Civil Law, Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
She holds a Postgraduate Course in Divorce, Inventory Proceedings and Asset Division from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
She has also completed a Specialisation Course in Economic, International and European Criminal Law and has attended several courses and conferences, including the colloquium “Convention on the Rights of the Child”, the “III Iberian Congress on Family and Succession Law”, “Children and Justice” and “Corruption and Money Laundering”.
She has further undertaken training in Persuasion and Influence and Public Speaking.
She participated as a guest speaker on the television programme Caixa de Pandora, in an episode dedicated to the topic of Parental Alienation.
In 2026, she co-founded the law firm Legal Ties, where she continues to focus her practice on the aforementioned areas of law.
